Here at Third Space Medical, our physical therapists love helping those who are looking to live a life free of pain and discomfort. We strive to offer a patient experience that is unlike any other stand doctor visit and we’re dedicated to helping you reach your highest potential of health and quality of life. It’s an active person’s worst fear: you’re getting your daily work out in and suddenly you feel like something has jumped up and bit you. You’ve torn a muscle.

The good news? With rest and rehab, you’ll be back to your daily workout routine in no time. However, there are some injuries that are not so obvious and can be trickier to treat. Maybe you’ve noticed some nagging pain in your left glute or an ache in your right knee? We’ve got some signs that you need to call us at Third Space Medical to see our world class physical therapists.

  • Have you  noticed pain lingering after 3 or 4 days of resting and icing? If so, it’s time to see a physical therapist.
  • Are you experiencing a reoccurring, dull pain? Pain normally subsides with rest and icing, but sometimes more serious injuries will come back and linger until the underlying issue has been treated.
  • Are you taking over the counter or prescription medicine only to find that they’re not controlling the pain? Get it checked out.
  • Do you have pain that is acute and sharp? If the pain is sharp and centralized, it can indicate a more serious injury like a muscle pull or stress fracture. Call us!
